altercation with her boyfriend, Branch Stamper. Surveillance footage showed Stamper pursuing the victim, assaulting her, and then leaving with her two children in her vehicle. Stamper, who has no legal relationship with the children, was arrested and booked into the Columbia County Detention Facility.
