Renowned chef Rick Stein has launched a new restaurant at the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach, marking a significant addition to the local dining scene. The restaurant, which seats 224 guests, is divided into three distinct spaces: an open courtyard,
a balcony overlooking Arden Street, and the main dining room. The interiors feature floor-to-ceiling doors that open to a deck, providing an intimate dining experience. The venue also includes a 10-seater chef’s table and two 12-seater areas with banquettes, adorned with artworks of an arrow squid and a school of fish. The restaurant will operate for lunch and dinner on weekends and dinner only during weekdays. Rick Stein, along with his wife Sarah, has collaborated with Salter Brothers to bring this venture to life, adding to their existing Bannisters Group properties.
