MAP International is actively seeking a Direct Response & Donor Engagement Manager to play a critical role in its Global Giving team. This position is responsible for the smooth execution of direct response fundraising campaigns across various channels,
including mail and digital. The manager will coordinate timelines, manage approvals, maintain logs and assets, and serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners. Additionally, the role involves overseeing outbound donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities to strengthen donor retention, increase donor lifetime value, and ensure an exceptional donor experience. The manager will work closely with internal stakeholders across Global Giving, Finance, Program, Marketing, and Partnership teams, as well as external vendors and a diverse donor base, including individuals from Christian and evangelical faith traditions. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or related fields, and strong project management skills.
