CPAverify.org serves as a free, public tool that aggregates official state regulatory data from boards of accountancy into a centralized database, providing a single-source national repository of licensed CPAs and CPA firms. The updated site features a cleaner layout, faster navigation, and enhanced usability, facilitating easier confirmation of CPA licensure and firm status. Additionally, the Accountancy Licensee Database (ALD) supports state boards in their regulatory missions by offering a comprehensive repository of current licensee and firm information across all 55 U.S. jurisdictions. The new ALD platform allows state board representatives to log in using existing Okta credentials without the need for re-registration.
