Sgt. Sinoe Fatongia, a parachute rigger from Lahaina, is representing the 16th Sustainment Brigade in the US Army Europe and Africa Best Squad Competition held in Germany. The event, taking place at the Grafenwoehr Training Area from July 30 to August

Fatongia's team secured their spot by finishing second in a recent qualifying competition.
