Taylor holds a bachelor's degree in nuclear engineering from Excelsior College and an MBA from Strayer University. His new role will begin on January 1, following the retirements of Dave Bolcar, vice president of engineering and design, and Brian Fields, vice president and chief technology officer. The CTO role will be integrated into engineering and design to enhance waterfront support and technology.
