Representatives Nellie Pou (D-N.J.), Rob Bresnahan (R-Pa.), and Hillary Scholten (D-Mich.) have introduced H.R. 10303, known as the Flight Deck Act. This bipartisan bill aims to reinstate the privilege for certified air traffic controllers (ATCers) to access
flight decks for training purposes.
