Scan Sverige has announced the acquisition of Delsbo Slakteri AB and Jämtlandsgården Livsmedel AB to enhance its production and slaughtering capacity in Norrland, Sweden. The acquisition aims to meet the growing demand for Swedish meat and strengthen
the company's position in the food value chain. The businesses, owned by Mattias Norell and Thomas Gill, generate annual revenues of approximately SEK 190 million and employ around 40 people. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026, pending regulatory approval.
