What's Happening?
Evansville families are invited to participate in a free Children's Day Celebration and Resource Fair, scheduled for April 25 at Stockwell Park/Parque Latino. The event, organized by the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library and other local organizations,
aims to provide families with access to health, learning, and recreational resources. Nearly 50 community organizations are expected to participate, offering information in multiple languages. Activities will include outdoor games, a bouncy house, face painting, dance lessons, and storytime. The event also features futsal demonstrations by LIGA Link and a fire truck exploration by the Evansville Fire Department. Food trucks will be available for refreshments, and the event will be canceled in case of inclement weather.
