Vallejo-Benicia Indivisible, in collaboration with Diaz & Loera Centro Latino, is organizing a community vigil to honor Lorenzo Salgado Araujo and Johan Sebastian Guerrero, who were fatally shot by ICE agents. The vigil, scheduled for August 1, aims to remember
