NASA astronaut Frank Rubio has set a new record for the longest single spaceflight by a U.S. astronaut, spending 371 days aboard the International Space Station (ISS). Rubio, who was selected as a NASA astronaut in 2017, launched on September 21, 2022, aboard the Soyuz MS-22 spacecraft from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
