What's Happening?
The 7th Goldreed Industrial Design Award (GIDA) has officially launched its global call for entries, inviting designers and enterprises worldwide to participate. Based in Xiongan, China, the award aims to gather international design resources and connect
participants with manufacturers seeking industrial upgrades. The call for entries is open from July 1, 2026, to July 20, 2026. Participants can register for free through the official GIDA website. Since its inception in 2019, GIDA has received over 42,000 entries from 91 countries, awarding more than 27 million RMB to outstanding designs. The award features six categories, including Manufacturing Equipment, Smart Medical Manufacturing, Digital Technology, Transportation Means, Public Facilities, and Future Scenarios. The competition is divided into Product and Concept groups, with a total cash prize pool of 4.5 million RMB.
