SM Investments Corporation is expanding its Jobs Opportunities Building Skills (J.O.B.S.) program to integrate skills development with job fairs across the Philippines. Since its inception in 2024, the program has facilitated over 300 job fairs, connecting 180,000 job seekers with employers. In partnership with TESDA, SM is enhancing the program to include accredited training, aiming to equip candidates with skills for the evolving labor market.
