What's Happening?
The Charleston Animal Society, in collaboration with Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers and Adams Outdoor, launched the Charleston Paw Project to commemorate the society's 150th anniversary. This initiative provided 150 free spay and neuter surgeries to pets
across the Lowcountry, receiving nearly 5,000 entries from local pet owners. The project aimed to reduce pet overpopulation and improve animal welfare. The surgeries were conducted at the Charleston Animal Society’s Sam Greer Spay-Neuter Clinic, with the initiative fully funded by Joye Law Firm and supported by Adams Outdoor. The overwhelming community response highlighted the need for affordable pet care.
