Haggans, along with numerous other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for August 15, 2026, at the Persons & Taylor Family Pearly Gates Memorial Chapel. The family has entrusted his care to Persons & Taylor Family Pearly Gates Funeral and Cremation Service.
