Barq Group and Elroy Air have announced a $200 million joint venture to establish a manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi for the production of the Chaparral, an autonomous hybrid-electric vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) cargo aircraft. This facility will

The Chaparral is designed to carry 300 lbs of cargo over a 300-mile range, making it suitable for the region's diverse geography.
