The U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has designated four charities as financial supporters of Hamas's military wing, Izzadin al-Qassam. These organizations, including three based in Turkey and one in Indonesia, have been

The designated charities are Ghazi Destek Dernegi, Hayat Yolu, the Palestinian White Hands Assistance and Solidarity Association, and Komite Nasional Untuk Rakyat Palestina. As a result, all property and interests in property of these groups are blocked, and U.S. persons are prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
