Rehabilitation Through the Arts (RTA) is set to host its annual benefit, the RTA Alumni Showcase Gala, on November 7 at the Irvington Theater in New York. This event, which will also be livestreamed, serves as the organization's primary fundraiser, supporting its transformative work in correctional facilities across New York and California. RTA uses the arts to foster creativity and provide second chances for justice-impacted individuals. This year, the gala will honor Dario Peña, an RTA alumnus and justice leader, with the Alumnus Award for his leadership and advocacy in arts and justice. Additionally, Loeb & Loeb LLP will receive the Cornerstone Award for its pro bono partnership with RTA. The gala will feature performances by RTA alumni and advocates, and include a pre-show reception and afterparty at Cifone’s Restaurant.
