Bar-Ilan University in Israel has initiated a pilot leadership program aimed at addressing Israel's strategic challenges. The program brings together prominent figures in U.S.-Israel diplomacy, Israeli national security, and the American Jewish community
to mentor a cohort of rising leaders from Israel and the United States. The two-week program includes classroom instruction and study tours, focusing on U.S.-Israel relations, foreign policy, national security, and societal resilience. Notable faculty members include former U.S. Ambassador Dennis Ross and former AIPAC executive director Howard Kohr. The initiative is designed to lay the groundwork for a broader academic program to prepare future decision-makers.
