T cells with a clinically-validated molecule to drive selective in vivo expansion of T cells. This approach aims to target solid tumors, including those expressing the Wilms’ Tumor 1 (WT1) antigen. The preclinical studies demonstrated robust T cell expansion, significant tumor infiltration, and 100% survival in a high tumor burden ovarian cancer model.
