During the Huygens probe's descent through Titan's atmosphere in 2005, approximately 350 images were lost due to a missing command in Cassini's instructions. The probe transmitted data on two radio channels, A and B, but the command to activate Channel
A was omitted, resulting in the loss of images that were not backed up on Channel B.
