Hilton has announced a significant expansion in Oman with the signing of an agreement to open three new hotels in Muscat. This includes the debut of the Waldorf Astoria brand in the Sultanate, alongside
new properties under the Hilton Hotels & Resorts and DoubleTree by Hilton brands. The hotels will be located in Barr Al Jissah, a luxury waterfront development, and are set to open in January 2026. The Waldorf Astoria Muscat Al Husn will undergo extensive renovations and will feature 180 guest rooms, five dining venues, and a signature spa. The Hilton Muscat Al Bandar will offer 198 rooms and extensive meeting facilities, while the DoubleTree by Hilton Muscat Al Waha will provide 302 rooms and family-friendly amenities. Collectively, the hotels will offer 15 dining venues and a range of recreational facilities.
