What's Happening?
EnviroChemie has been awarded a contract by ABC Atlas Bottling Maroc to plan, construct, and commission two biological wastewater treatment plants. These plants are designed to meet Moroccan regulations
for treated water discharge and to prevent odor emissions. The project involves implementing multi-stage biological wastewater treatment processes, including anaerobic treatment using the Biomar ASBx process and aerobic treatment using the Biomar OBR process. The treatment capacity ranges from 700 m³ of wastewater per day at the Tangier location to 800 m³ per day at the Oujda location. Additionally, the biogas generated during the treatment process provides an energy yield of over 3,500 KW per day, significantly reducing primary energy consumption.
