Located at 2323 South Lamar Blvd., The Code is strategically positioned near Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and downtown Austin, providing easy access to local attractions such as Lady Bird Lake, ACL, and SXSW. The property features 178 residences with various floor plans, including studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, all furnished with Williams-Sonoma home goods. The interiors, designed by Kim Lewis, reflect a modern comfort aesthetic. The Code offers amenities such as a resort-style pool, rooftop terrace, and co-working space, along with concierge services and on-site food and beverage options. Sales contracts begin November 3, with guest stays starting in December.
