One Domino Square, a two-tower residential development located on the southern end of Domino Park in Williamsburg, has been named 6sqft's 2025 Building of the Year. Developed by Two Trees Management and designed by Annabelle Selldorf of Selldorf Architects,
the project received 167 out of 661 total votes. The development features a 39-story condo building and a 55-story rental building, making the latter the tallest tower in Williamsburg. The building's unique design includes an iridescent porcelain tile facade and offers stunning views from the Statue of Liberty to Midtown. The development has been successful in the real estate market, with over 100 residences sold and a record-breaking penthouse sale at $7,450,000. The towers are connected by a seven-story podium that houses 45,000 square feet of amenities, including swimming pools, a fitness center, lounges, and a co-working space.
