David Snyder, a resident of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, has dedicated over 30 years to strengthening the Jewish community through his philanthropic efforts. Snyder's journey began at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, where he worked as a campaign
associate. His career further developed at the Jewish National Fund, where he led the National Future Leadership division, and at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, where he established the Mid-Atlantic regional office. After spending significant time away, Snyder returned to Cherry Hill, valuing its strong Jewish community and quality of life. He served as the executive director of the Jewish Relations Council and later became the chief advancement officer at the Federation. In 2022, Snyder was appointed executive director of the Jewish Community Foundation, where he has been instrumental in raising nearly $10 million annually for the Federation's programs.
