Dentons, a global law firm, has advised Kommunalkredit Austria AG on a €30.25 million financing deal to support the development of the Helios I solar project in Romania. This project, spearheaded by Unigea Solar Projects Romania, involves the construction of an 85 MW solar power generation complex in Arad, Transylvania. The financing will cover development, construction, and operational costs, marking a significant step in expanding renewable energy capacity in Eastern Europe.
