Leadership Lighthouses has initiated a new leadership development programme aimed at social purpose leaders from global majority backgrounds. This initiative is a collaboration involving racial equity experts, Clore Social Leadership, and other community-rooted
facilitators. The programme, which is fully funded, will be rolled out across various locations in England, starting with Oxfordshire and Bradford. It aims to benefit over 250 social sector leaders by equipping them with essential skills, knowledge, and networks. The steering group includes experts like Cordelia Osewa-Ediae, Malcolm John, Michael Hamilton, and Reem Assil. The programme is supported by over £1 million in funding from The National Lottery Community Fund.
