Wanda Siebels Ahrendsen, a long-time resident of Webster, New York, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2025, at the age of 100. Born in Iowa on November 20, 1924, she was a graduate of the University
of Iowa with a degree in economics. Wanda was married to Lowell Ahrendsen and moved to Rochester, where she worked at Monroe Developmental Center and later at the Mary Cariola Center. A dedicated member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Redeemer for over 70 years, she was also an active participant in the Monroe Golf Club. Wanda is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her family expressed gratitude to the staff at The Highlands of Pittsford and The Maplewood in Webster for their care.
