International consulting firm Valcon has appointed Marc van Ogtrop as its new Managing Partner for Southeast Europe. Van Ogtrop, who succeeds Paul ten Haaf, brings over two decades of experience in the technology sector, having previously worked at Levi9
and MMIT International. In his new role, he will oversee Valcon's six IT delivery centers in Croatia and Serbia, which employ around 300 staff. These centers provide nearshore technology services in areas such as cloud computing, process automation, and low code development. Van Ogtrop's focus will be on driving commercial growth, strengthening client relationships, and supporting digital transformation programs across the region.
