The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County has appointed Anamari Golf Dorgan as its new executive director. Dorgan, who has been the district's director of community engagement since 2017, will succeed Karie Friling. In her previous role, Dorgan managed
education centers, communications, and visitor programs. She has also held leadership positions at The Morton Arboretum and The Field Museum in Chicago. Dorgan holds degrees in anthropology and a certificate in nonprofit management.
