Stephen M. Coan, Ph.D., has been appointed as the new president and CEO of the National Police Athletic/Activities League (PAL) in Washington, D.C. Coan, who previously served as the organization's executive director and COO, has been involved with PAL for
many years. His leadership will focus on modernizing governance and operations, as well as expanding services for over 300 PAL chapters nationwide. Coan's background includes significant experience in non-profit leadership and youth development, emphasizing mentoring and educational pathways for at-risk youth.
