the founder and president of Spark Street Advisors, a global advisory firm focused on improving public health outcomes. Her career includes senior leadership roles at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, and UNICEF, where she served as Principal Advisor and Acting Chief of Health. Notably, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Schwalbe established and directed USAID’s COVID-19 Vaccine Access and Delivery Initiative, a $7 billion program that successfully delivered over 500 million vaccines worldwide.
