St. Luke’s University Health Network, which includes Grandview Hospital in Perkasie and St. Luke's Hospital Upper Bucks Campus, has been named one of the nation’s 15 Top Health Systems by Modern Healthcare.
This recognition is based on a quantitative analysis conducted by Premier, Inc., evaluating health system performance across clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and patient experience. The network's Chief Quality Officer, Donna Sabol, credited the dedication and professionalism of St. Luke’s 23,000-plus employees for this achievement. The network has also been recognized by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for quality, safety, and patient experience, and has consistently received high ratings from the Leapfrog Group and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Why It's Important?

This accolade not only highlights the network's commitment to excellence but also sets a benchmark for other health systems aiming to improve patient care and operational efficiency. The achievement reflects positively on Pennsylvania's healthcare infrastructure, potentially attracting more patients and healthcare professionals to the region. Furthermore, the recognition can enhance the network's reputation, leading to increased trust and confidence among patients and stakeholders.
