Venture Global has received the final non-Free Trade Agreement export authorization from the U.S. Department of Energy for its CP2 LNG facility in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. This approval allows Venture Global to export LNG to countries without free-trade
agreements with the U.S., expanding its reach to key demand centers in Europe and Asia. The CP2 project, adjacent to the operating Calcasieu Pass facility, is designed to produce 20 MMtpa of LNG once fully operational. The authorization supports thousands of jobs and strengthens the U.S. balance of trade, with construction already underway and new LNG expected to enter the market by 2027.
