Clay Development & Construction is expanding its manufacturing footprint in Dayton, Texas, with the development of three new buildings in the Gulf Inland Logistics Park. Two buildings have been completed
for Deacero Steel, a Mexican company shifting production to the U.S. The facilities, totaling over 444,000 square feet, are rail-served, facilitating efficient transport of materials. A third building, developed for GPL Development, is set for completion in August 2026. The Deacero facilities have been sold to Broadstone Net Lease, an industrial-focused REIT.
