Inside Business, in partnership with Energage, has recognized the Top Workplaces of 2026 in Hampton Roads. This annual award, now in its eighth year, is based on employee feedback collected through a confidential survey administered by Energage. The survey evaluates
factors such as pay, benefits, leadership, and workplace culture. For 2026, 1,964 organizations were invited to participate, with 77 agreeing to survey their employees. Of these, 67 organizations earned recognition as Top Workplaces. The award highlights companies that prioritize a people-first approach to workplace excellence.
