Hogan Lovells, a global law firm, has provided legal counsel to the Government of Georgia in a strategic partnership with UAE-based developer Eagle Hills. The agreement, signed by Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia,
and Mohamed Alabbar, founder and chairman of Eagle Hills, involves a planned investment of over USD 6 billion. This initiative aims to transform Georgia's urban landscape through two major sustainable developments in Tbilisi and Batumi. The Krtsanisi development in Tbilisi will cover over 600 hectares, offering sustainable urban living with residential units, retail, and a spa and wellness center.
