Iveco Bus has launched its first hydrogen-powered city bus, the GX 337 H2 LINIUM, in Lorient, France. This marks a significant step in the company's commitment to sustainable public transportation. The
bus, which entered service on December 22, 2025, is part of a larger order of 19 units to be delivered by 2026. It features a 100 kW fuel cell, four hydrogen tanks, and a 69 kW/h battery pack, offering a range of up to 450 km. The bus is designed to be energy-efficient, with hydrogen consumption 15-20% lower than market standards. It also includes features for passenger comfort and accessibility, such as a heat pump system and spaces for passengers with reduced mobility.
