education at Lycoming College. He became a Vice President at Schlegel Corporation and was a long-time member of the Monroe Golf Club. Fultz was predeceased by his wife Helen and daughter Christine Hassett, and is survived by his son Mark, son-in-law Tim Hassett, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A memorial service is scheduled for August 15 at Asbury First United Methodist Church in Rochester, NY.
