Dubai Business Associates (DBA), a fully funded graduate training program, has opened applications for its 2026 cohort. The program, under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aims to provide
young professionals with practical consulting experience, cultural immersion, and industry networking. The nine-month program is designed for recent bachelor's degree holders with no more than three years of work experience. It offers training in management consulting, finance, and data analytics, supported by PwC, Capadev, and Bon Education. Applications are open until March 1, 2026, with the program starting in September 2026.
