Lufthansa Technik (LHT) has announced a new collaboration with Chromalloy to offer parts manufacturer approval (PMA) components for the IAE V2500 engine, specifically targeting customers undergoing engine overhauls.

Chromalloy is developing additional PMA turbine blades, with three currently under FAA review and expected approval by mid-2026.
