Kerzner International Holdings Limited has announced the signing of Atlantis and One&Only developments in Jeddah, in partnership with Midad Real Estate. These projects are part of the Jeddah Central masterplan,
featuring an Atlantis Resort and Branded Residences, and a One&Only Resort and Private Homes. The developments align with Saudi Arabia's 2030 Vision to attract global tourism. Atlantis Jeddah will offer 800 guest rooms and suites, diverse culinary concepts, and the Aquaventure Waterpark. One&Only will feature guest rooms, villas, and private homes.
