The Vocational Training and Employment Committee of the Macau Federation of Trade Unions (FAOM) recently convened to address issues of unemployment and underemployment in Macau. The committee emphasized the need for expanded training and certification

During the meeting, FAOM member and lawmaker Leong Sun Iok highlighted the strategic importance of 'investing in people' as outlined in the national 15th Five-Year Plan, which prioritizes human resources development.
