Meretè Hotel Management has been selected to manage a new 86-room Microtel by Wyndham hotel in Florence, Oregon. The hotel broke ground on December 9, 2025, and is expected to open in Spring 2027. Located
near the Florence Events Center and historic downtown, the hotel will cater to leisure, conference, and business travelers. It will feature a modern design with amenities such as an on-site bar, complimentary breakfast, and ergonomic workstations.
