813 participants aged 2 years and older with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. The cream showed early and consistent improvements, with noticeable effects as early as two weeks into the treatment. VTAMA cream is the first aryl hydrocarbon receptor agonist approved by the FDA for treating both atopic dermatitis and plaque psoriasis.
