Radial has acquired the Management Services Organization (MSO) supporting Mindful Health Solutions, creating what is now the largest clinical management network in the U.S. dedicated to advanced brain medicine and interventional psychiatry. This combined
entity will support 27 outpatient clinics across California, Texas, Washington, and New York, serving hundreds of thousands of patients suffering from conditions such as major depressive disorder (MDD), PTSD, OCD, tardive dyskinesia, and suicidality. The clinical care model emphasizes next-generation, evidence-backed brain medicine modalities, including accelerated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (aTMS), Spravato (esketamine), IV ketamine, fMRI-EEG-guided PRISM, and transcranial focused ultrasound (tFUS). These advanced treatments have demonstrated remission rates as high as 79%, significantly surpassing the 5–30% remission rates typically associated with traditional SSRI and talk therapy regimens. The acquisition aims to scale access to these high-efficacy interventional modalities, which have historically been confined to academic medical centers or limited by out-of-network cash-pay models.
