ESB Energy has inaugurated a six-bay ultra rapid charging hub in Springhill, Birmingham, featuring three 200kW chargers. This facility is designed to deliver up to 135 miles of range in just ten minutes
and supports contactless payment, eliminating the need for apps or subscriptions. The hub is powered by 100% renewable electricity, aligning with ESB Energy's commitment to sustainable energy solutions. This launch is part of ESB Energy's broader expansion across the East Midlands, where it operates over 400 public charge points.
