What's Happening?
Nate Kim, a junior at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School, has won the 2026 Congressional Art Competition for Massachusetts' 3rd Congressional District. His oil painting, titled 'Midsummer Indolence,' will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for a year.
The competition, sponsored by the Congressional Institute, encourages artistic talent among high school students. Kim's painting was selected by a panel of judges and will be showcased alongside other winning pieces from across the country.
