Sharon Rose Otterson, a beloved educator and community member from Washington, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2026. Sharon spent her early years in Newport, NH, and pursued a teaching degree at Keene State College. Throughout her career,
she served as a teacher and principal at various elementary schools in the state. Known for her love of gardening, baking, and sewing, Sharon was a devoted mother, wife, sister, and grandmother. She is survived by her children and grandchildren, and is predeceased by her husband, George.
